The SiTEL Learning Management System (SiTELMS) fits the advanced learning needs of unlimited numbers of users, while at the same time recognizing different accreditation needs (AMA and ACEP CME, CNE, CE for ACHE). The system provides edutainment as well as live events, simulations, and more. The LMS delivers.

An important component of the system is a real time reporting system. SiTELMS enables educators, managers and executives to see a live view of every organization's dynamic presentations and innovative 3-D interactive educational games from the macro level. They can also choose to see one single test or answer by any individual learner. The SiTELMS system tracks and reports classroom activities, minimizing administrative time for providing education and training.

SiTELMS is a cooperative Learning and Content management system developed at SiTEL by healthcare providers, educators, and system engineers to suit organizational needs. We encourage and support members to add chapters to it. Integral courses are offered to members as stand alone courses or as part of a membership access. Topics of interest include: Stroke Certification Course, Diabetes courses, Oncology, Surgery, Trauma and Burns and Emergency Preparedness courses, JCAHO-mandated healthcare competency courses, and Law Enforcement Training. SiTEL's mission is to improve employee education by developing and delivering state-of-the-art education and training tools. Any member organization can share content with other members or keep the content specific for their organizational needs. The system is equipped with authoring tools for the recording modules and with “shell” games that each organization can tailor to its own content.
